Spring Term Foundation 1
Muddy Fun!
We’ve had lots of fun today! The children (and staff!) had so much fun in the mud. When someone got stuck we had to rescue each other!
Excuse the camera skills but we’re glad we got footage of Mr Stubbs wearing Mrs Walker’s wellies.
Dinosaur Dig
The children were brilliant archaeologists today! They used brushes to brush sand away and revealed dinosaur bones! They used magnifying glasses to inspect the bones further and shared ideas about which dinosaur it came from and which part of its body. Lots of lovely playing and talking with each other.
Well done Ladybirds 🐞
Meet Pearl our new Foundation Guinea Pig
The children enjoyed stroking Pearl during C.O.O.L time ☺️. We also discussed how we are going to have to look after Pearl.
Mud Kitchen Fun!
The children are really enjoying the mud kitchen at the moment! Lots of yummy things have been made including cakes, pies, sausages and even some Chinese food! They used lots of lovely language such as more, heavy, sludgy and squelch.
Well done Ladybirds 🐞
